    This work is meant to reflect quiet service — where the words, the prayer, and the reminder of God’s presence take priority over personality or identity.

    Anonymity allows each letter to be received without distraction, as something meant for you in your specific season, rather than something shaped by the person behind it.

  • Yes! A Servant’s Letter can be purchased as a thoughtful gift for someone else. You may order a letter for a friend, family member, loved one, or anyone who could use a little encouragement.

    If you are purchasing a letter as a gift, simply enter the recipient’s information when prompted during checkout. You may also purchase multiple letters in the same order for different recipients.

    Each letter is prepared according to the selected letter option and is sent directly to the recipient’s mailing address.

    Please note: Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the contents of each letter are not individually written based on the recipient’s personal circumstances. The selected letter topic determines the message they will receive.

  • Handwritten letters: Mailed via USPS to the address you provide.

    Prayer requests: Responses, if offered, are emailed; otherwise, the request is prayed over only.

  • Handwritten letters: 5–7 business days (longer for international deliveries)

    Prayer requests: Typically 1 day

  • Handwritten letters can be shipped worldwide, except countries restricted by U.S. sanctions or USPS regulations.

    International delivery times vary. Customs or import fees may apply to the recipient.

  • We can reissue a new letter if lost or delayed.

  • Once a letter has begun writing, it cannot be canceled.

Messages submitted here may receive a short, Coptic-inspired response offered in prayer and encouragement. Because this is a ministry and not a personalized letter service, a response is not guaranteed, and some messages may only be prayed over without a written reply.
