    Anonymity allows each letter to be received without distraction, as something meant for you in your specific season, rather than something shaped by the person behind it.

  • Yes! Handwritten letters can be sent directly to a loved one.

    Digital letters can also be sent to someone’s email.

  • Handwritten letters: Mailed via USPS to the address you provide.

    Digital letters: Delivered via email as a downloadable or readable file.

    Prayer requests: Responses, if offered, are emailed; otherwise, the request is prayed over only.

  • Handwritten letters: 5–7 business days (longer for international deliveries)

    Digital letters: Typically 2–3 business days after order

    Prayer requests: Typically 1 day

  • Handwritten letters can be shipped worldwide, except countries restricted by U.S. sanctions or USPS regulations.

    International delivery times vary. Customs or import fees may apply to the recipient.

  • What if my letter is delayed or lost?

    Handwritten letters: We can reissue a new letter if lost or delayed.

    Digital letters: Re-sent if delivery fails.

  • Once a letter has begun writing, it cannot be canceled.
